This set of four quilted fabric coasters were made with a variety of vibrant hand dyed Indonesian batik fabrics in shades of orange, red, pink and yellow. They were pieced together improvisationally in a modern take on the log cabin pattern. Backed with a charcoal grey linen cotton blend fabric. Each measures approximately 4.5 inches square. A unique gift idea or lovely way to add vibrant color to your table.
I pieced and quilted these coasters on my sewing machine in my smoke free home. Inside I used Warm and Natural low loft, cotton batting so they lay flat and are not puffy. Machine washable. May also use a hot iron.
